How to adopt a Dog in Korea?

:new: I just move to South Korea and I really feel lonely so much. I want to adopt a puppy to be my best friend here but I dont know how...Will they have any rule for adopting pet? Anyone who are currently staying in South Korea and wanna sell or give a puppy could contact me and kindly recommend me how to adopt him(her) ? I'm surely a very good owner... Hello there,

you had better ask local people there to know if there is any requirement before keeping a pet. I used to live in the Uk and I had many chance to adopt pets but the local authority did not allow me to get one. The reason is dogs and cats were forbiden to be kept in student resident halls.
