According to Michael (Mature couple): The river view, in rooms with this facility, is absolutely spectacular - uninterrupted for many kilometres in both directions - and because there is little development and plenty of greenery and temples on the opposite bank - the view is unspoiled - unlike may other cities. There is plenty of opportunity to view life on the river - fishing, tourism, transport. The hotel decor, in the spirit of imperial Hue, is quite beautiful. The rooftop bar and pool are delightful. Service is excellent. Breakfast is vast and of high quality. Given the facilities this hotel is outstanding value for money. (grade 10)
According to Jimmy (Group of friends): The room is neat and clean and the bed is soft and comfortable for a good night sleep. They provide 6 pillows for your choices. Breakfast food selections are quite wide spread. Value for money for this 5-star hotel. Spa facilities are good and reasonably priced. They even give us 30% discount upto 5pm eventhough cutoff is 3pm. Bathroom clean with rainshower facility and bathtub. Rooftop bar has a good view of the city, one must try it.
But room lights should be slightly brighter. Should provide small basket of fruits since this is a 5star hotel. Casino games are all machine operated, not personal ie. You are just gambling with machines. Should have people manning the gambling tables. (grade 8.8)
