Imperial Hotel Hue is the first five star in Hue city, Vietnam. Every year, we welcomed a thousand guests from all over the world. You can see some review of the customer about us in Booking.com as below:
According to Christopher (Mature couple) :Impressive! Very friendly staff; excellent breakfast choice and the spa was great
According to Pilar (Mature couple) : Traditional decoration of hotel and room
According to Shawna (Young couple) :Great view. Very good facility. Very nice breakfast bar.
According to Lucie (Young couple) : Stylish rooms nice view over the city close to the imperial city very helpful staff
According to Tianxin (Family with older children): location is quite good with lots of restaurant nearby. The decoration style pretty match it's name--imperial hotel......but it's not my style......
According to Helen (Mature couple): This is a luxury hotel in a great position In Hue, and all the services are up to expectation. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and was immaculate. Good breakfast, and we ate an evening meal at the ground floor restaurant which was also very nice, The travel desk went to the train station & bought our tickets for only a small fee. The staff are well trained,but the service could be a little more relaxed & personal. We would stay here again.
According to Jack (Young couple): The casino and the rooftop bar. The writing table was always useful with good views. Maybe too many receptionists trying to help me. One would be sufficient.
